To Our Valued Customers,
Currently, we remain open amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Health and safety of our customers, staff and their families is our number one priority so we are following the guidelines set out by the BCCDC. We will remain open as long as we can because we realize that security is a top priority for our customers.
During these unprecedented times, we understand the feeling of not being safe in your home or business can add more stress to an already stressful situation.
At this time, we are asking all of our customers to please use the hand sanitizer throughout our shop prior to any contact with any of our staff as well as to maintain a distance of 6 feet between themselves, our staff and our other costumers.
We are also asking our customers to please keep their time in our store as short as possible. While normally we love to chat with you, during these difficult times we do need to keep contact as brief as possible. Please do not be offended if we ask you to wait outside while we cut your keys or service your locks. This will allow other customers to enter our store and still maintain a safe distance between everyone present as we do not have a large waiting area.
At this time, we have also closed our washroom to our customers.
We have increased our sanitizing practices and we have removed all items from our counters to avoid the potential of customers touching cross contaminated surfaces. If you don’t see what you are looking for, please ask because it has likely been put away for the time being and we would be happy to get it for you.
All our staff has been informed daily on updated cleaning/sanitizing procedures and we are all following the advice of the BCCDC.
If you need us, we are here! Please help us be able to keep you safe and secure by doing your part as well.
